Personal Consultation and Assessment
One of golf’s great beauties is that we can play it from a
young age until we are much older. The joy of the game
does not diminish over time despite some physical limitations.
However, golf is still an athletic endeavor requiring speed,
strength, balance and flexibility. And all three of these
components can be enhanced or maintained through proper
training. Did you know
-
A good warm-up routine can improve your early
holes by ensuring your muscles are prepared for the task
ahead?
-
A a proper cool down will enable you to play
golf on consecutive days without any soreness or muscle aches?
-
A short training regimen done a few times per
week could add length to your shots?
If you had access to the personal training
habits of the Professionals on tour, you might be surprised how
much time is dedicated to staying in peak physical condition.
Give yourself the same advantage by having an introductory
physical assessment (approximately 40 minutes). Based on
your ability, time commitment and access to a facility, Craig
will design a program just for you. Rates for personal
training will vary.
